Property Management Services

Stoneman Vacation Villas' unique property management system is designed to ensure that your property is rented out as often as possible while still being available to you when you need it. We are aware at Stoneman Vacation Villas that this is your property, and we will endeavor to understand your intended purpose for the villa and design a management package that suits your needs exclusively. For example, you may wish to keep your holiday villa solely for family and friends. In this case, we would suggest designing a caretaker package for you. That will allow you to have peace of mind that your villa is taken care of in your absence and ready for your next friend to move into. For a small monthly fee we will arrange your landscaping, pool maintenance and cleaning needs. We can also be on hand to help your guests should they need it. Our full management package would include all the above and also arranging your licenses and taxes registration for vacation rental homes, take bookings for you, providing guest services, and to pay you the balance of the rents obtained on your behalf on a monthly basis.

The full management service will include:

Arranging for the licenses and sales tax registration
Advertising your home through the internet and other media
Advertising on our site
License Fees for short term rental
All booking inquiries will be dealt with by us
Preparing your home for rental in between bookings
Arranging for cleaning in between bookings
Arrange landscaping
Arrange pool maintenance
Checking home for damages
Advising on repairs and maintenance and arrange for repairs with our trusted contractors
Dealing with vacationers inquiries and payments
Returning Security deposits to vacationers after the holiday assuming there is no damage to the property
Dealing with sales tax every month
Preparing a statement each month for your records.
Banking your profits for you each month
Preparing documents for your accountant annually.
