Sunset Villa is not only just as close to Disney (10 minutes) as all of the popular resorts but boasts a level of privacy and uniqueness that large commercial spaces cannot compete with. For anybody travelling with a large group I have multiple properties in this neighborhood so everyone can have separate homes right across the street!
With a courtyard style pool that can be viewed from any room in the home from the full length “window walls” this home guarantees some fun in the sun. The home not only has a hidden oasis inspired pool but a foosball table and onsite private tennis court located in the community available for all guests free of charge. If tennis isn’t your sport and you prefer an early tee-time multiple popular golf courses are 15 minutes away.Additional cost for pool/spa heat.
There are four bedrooms which all have their own private attached bathrooms. One of the suites has a separate entrance from the main home, we like to call it the “in-law suite” for added privacy.This room is of course included in your rental even though it has a seperate entrance. On top of having a personal suite for all guests the home has a fully equipped kitchen, living, and dining room with all of the comforts of home. All bedrooms have a smart television so guests can stream their late night shows all vacation long.
The home is located in the gated community of Lindfeilds Reserve for an extra level of security so guests can feel as safe as they would in their own home.Feel safe with secure neighborhood and secuirty surveillance on driveway. Located centrally in the vacation town of Kissimmee, Lindfield Reserve is only 4.5 miles from the fun and magic of Disney. Orlando has far more to offer than the hectic parks! Lindfield Reserve is close to the tourist haven of Kissimmee Old Town and Orlando City, both bustling with tourist attractions, shopping and dining. Anybody can rent a hotel room, take a vacation where you all have some space to decompress after the day while still spending time together. We want our guests to feel like they are at their home, but better!

My family had a great time staying here. The hosts thought of everything from the pool noodles for the kids all the way to the tennis racquets and basketball for the great basketball and tennis courts located on the property. We loved that it was a gated community, for extra security. The house itself was very spacious and plenty of room for our family of 7. We loved that each room had it's own full bathroom. Jane, the host went above beyond to help answer our questions and help make our stay great!! Location was excellently localized, with a short drive to any of the Disney, universal, and sea world parks. I would highly recommend staying here!

Jane is a fantastic host and would not hesitate to stay at one of her properties again. This property is older and could use some work, but it was comparitavely inexpensive and we booked it last minute with no notice for them to prep after it had been vacant for a while. Spa and pool were clean and working well. Enjoyed the unique layout. Would consider staying there again

Outstanding accommodation!
We Loved the open floor plan for the kitchen and living room. Spacious and inviting.
Kitchen well equipped for most cooking and dining needs.
All the rooms were tastefully decorated in nautral colors. It was great to have TVs in all rooms.
We also used the high chair, stairgate and stroller. The stroller was great for taking to the parks as our 4 year old got very tired on the long park days.
The pool was amazing (definitely pay the extra money to have it heated if renting in the winter). The location was great. Not far from Disney.
In the interest of providing honest feedback, here are a few comments:
One of the sliding doors onto the poor deck was hard to open, although there are plenty of doors into the pool area, we would have liked to have used this particular one.
The light in the garage was not working, so unlesss a light is left on in the villa it is dark when we arrived back at night.
The above comments are nit-picky and not a huge problem. It was a very nice home and we would stay there again

Phil & Helen's property was a great fit for our family.
Affordable, clean, comfortable & spacious enough for the eight of us.
Nice comfortable beds and nicely presented bathrooms.
Good location for theme park accessibility. Gated neighbourhood.
We will be booking again soon for next year.

We rented the house because it was close to Disney World and big enough for our 2 families.
We had a great time at the house.
The kids loved the bunk beds, playstation and the pool.
All of the adults loved the hot tub and patio area.
The rooms were clean and nicely presented. The kitchen was well equiped.
The only issue we had was with the pool heat on the first day but the owners quickly resolved this for us.

We don’t have any complaints. The home was cleaned and well stocked with plenty of linens and towels for when they are needed.
We didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the house since we went to parks as much as we could but the time we did spend there was awesome.
Only negative was pool light didn’t work. But the pool was good and we all loved going in there in the evening.
Also close to Walmart and stores and lots of restaurants along the 192.
Comfortable beds and great living areas.
The washer and dryer came in handy as we were traveling around different places, so it meant we didn't have to carry so much luggage.
Overall we had a great experience in this home and would book again! Thank you for the awesome experience!
