[PET FRIENDLY] Get the resort lifestyle with the space and comfort of home.
Our large villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for all guests to enjoy along with a private heated pool full of sun. Downstairs holds a completely stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. A spacious newly furnished living room with large television for late night movies and favorite television shows.
The master bedroom featuring a king bed and en-suite bathroom is located downstairs, the bathroom has a large two person garden tub and separate glass shower with double sinks. Upstairs sits a queen bedroom with cozy decor along with two Disney themed bedrooms, both boasting a hint of Disney theme. In addition to the en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom there are two full sized bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, both featuring shower/tub combos.
The private pool (with the option to heat) has a spacious deck, net enclosure, and full sun access for optimal tanning and fun in the sun. The spacious pool is the perfect place to cool off, or warm up, after long days at Disney Attractions. Additional cost for pool/spa heat.
Our homeowners love Disney and want to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. They have tried to ensure that the home has any comforts a guest could need and of course we are available 24/7 for anything else you may need. We hope you have a magical stay!
As guests are staying at a resort with many amenities they will need to register at the clubhouse after check in and pay a $20 resort fee to the community of Emerald Isle
Pet fees do apply. Fees are $56- $150 depending on size and breed.
Cancellations - ( $100 admin fee will be kept if you cancel your reservation out of the 60 day window. )

Emerald Island is a well known resort community located 10 minutes from Disney's front gate. The resort has multiple amenities for any guests staying in our home to enjoy, such as: a communal gym, clubhouse, poolside tiki bar, playground for kids, both tennis and volleyball courts, and an arcade room. Your family will feel safe inside this gated community with 24/7 security service and check in.
Apart from being close to Disney the resort is within walking distance to the new Margaritaville resort and the new H20 water park. The villa is right in the downtown Kissimmee tourist district near Old Town. You also have the option of some shopping at the Florida Mall or a round of golf as there are many popular golf resorts in the area. You can grab groceries and essentials at the Walmart within 5 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants surrounding you.

I have stayed here twice now and everything was incredible! This is a large 2 story home with comfortable beds, a beautiful screened in pool, and probably one of the best locations in Orlando!
The house is located in a well kept and beautifully landscaped neighborhood close to all major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. You will feel at home here in every way possible. The host was very accommodating and made sure everything was clean and ready when we arrived.
In addition to the standard amenities there is also a garage for the car and a Pac Man arcade game for the kids (and adult children)! The stay here was more than I could have expected and I will definitely be back the next time I am in Orlando.
Don't book a hotel until you have checked this place out!
