Property Details
Our 4 bed, luxury villa is only a 15 minute drive from Disneyworld, and 30 minutes from Universals theme parks. It is located in a select gated community, Cumbrian Lakes, which has a children's play area and lakeside walks. The villa's south facing pool overlooks a wooded conservation area, and hedges between us and our neighbors mean the pool deck has a secluded feel to it .Additional cost for pool/spa heat.
The home has one large master suite with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a queen bedroom with a bathroom right next to it with a hallway entrace. Finally there are two twin bed rooms that share a jack and jill bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining room so everybody can enjoy some home cooked meals if desired.
The garage has been converted into a games area, with a pool table, and air hockey and foosball tables. There is still plenty of room to park your vehicles in the oversized driveway and street parking is available.
The property is maintained to a very high standard - in the last 2 years it has had new carpets, new white goods in the kitchen, the outside has been painted and the pool surface has been recoated.
If you are an especially large group travelling, we have another property a few doors down as well so there is room for all.
Cancellations - ( $100 admin fee will be kept if you cancel your reservation out of the 60 day window. )

The home is located in a very popular vacation community, Cumbrian Lakes. The community has a private park for children, walking/biking paths, and lovely views of Florida nature and wild life. Cumbrian Lakes is centrally located near Disney and Universal. While you are in town check out some other major attractions such as Old Town, Outlet Malls, and hundreds of close restaurants.

The home was just right for my family and I. My children and husband didn't want to leave. Everything you needed was there for you to use. The home was clean and the host responded promptly whenever I sent a message with a question. The wifi information is in the queen bedroom on the router once we connected to that our service was good. There is a trash fee that the host will refund as long as you put the trash out when you are there. We will definitely rent this property again

This was a wonderful experience with Airbnb. Eight ladies were there for a very special occasion and we all had a wonderful time.
