[PET FRIENDLY] Sunrise Villa is a luxurious getaway close to all major attractions in a quiet, private & gated community in the town of Kissimmee. We provide an amazing retreat for a great deal! For anybody travelling with a large group I have multiple properties in this neighborhood so everyone can have separate homes right across the street!
We are only 25 minutes from the airport & 10 minutes away from Walt Disney World Orlando. Sunrise Villa has the capacity to sleep 6 – 8 people, a private swimming pool with jacuzzi & much more. The pool is your private oasis with a very unique courtyard style positioning so you can watch the kids from virtually any room of the home.Additional cost for pool/spa heat.
Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all of which are en-suites. If you are traveling with guest that would like some privacy one of the bedrooms has a separate entrance away from the main portion of the home we like to call an "in-law" Suite. This makes up the third bedroom of the home and is also yours to use. If you require additional sleeping arrangements there is a puul out sofa located in the home.
Cancellations - ( $100 admin fee will be kept if you cancel your reservation out of the 60 day window. )

Located inside the small community of Lindfields Reseve you will feel far away from the hustle and bustle of Kissimmee while only being minutes away from all the prime areas.
This home is located near all of the fun attractions such as the brand new Margaritaville Water Park that also has bars, shops, and restaurants making it the new Citywalk.

It’s well worth the money you pay, the cleaning fee is refundable if you follow all of the house rules. gated community. You will see a few wild life around like a few frogs and a lot of lizards. But overall a beautiful place to stay

Jane’s place was very well kept, clean, and updated furnishings. The home is a bit older and in a small gated community but again well updated inside. The third bedroom with a queen bed cannot be accessed without exiting the main living space and crossing the enclosed pool courtyard where you find a bedroom and bathroom. This could be uncomfortable if you plan to keep small children in that room. There are great sliding doors and windows to open so the pool space feels like part of the home and very spacious and airy. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, toaster, waffle maker, electric kettle, and drip coffee maker. We did miss having a blender. There was salt and pepper but not other cooking spices or oils. You will want to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags and other items if you plan a long stay or to do a lot of cooking. The location quiet and was very convenient to all the Disney parks (about 15 min drive in the early morning) and the price great for the place and location.
