Conveniently located only 15 minutes from Disney you’ll be surprised to hear this home offers more than just a fabulous location, including a Pool and Spa with Optional heating! Additional cost for pool/spa heat.

Our villa offers more than a cramped hotel or a busy resort, it offers a real home at the end of the day.The centre of Kissimmee is 7 km from the venue. Kissimmee Air Museum is about 10 minutes' drive away. This villa lies in vicinity of Osceola County Welcome Center and History Museum. This property is situated 5 km from Kissimmee Gateway airport. Its rooms are equipped with satellite television, a heating system and climate control, while the bathroom has a shower and a bidet. A microwave, coffee/tea making machines, a fridge and a washing machine as well as dressing gowns and a dryer are also included there.

Cancellations - ( $100 admin fee will be kept if you cancel your reservation out of the 60 day window. )

Located in Cumbrian Lakes which is a gated community that offers a community soccor field, multiple fishing locations, walking paths, and kidde playgounds. The home is 15 minutes away from Disney and other Central Florida attractions. There are also a variety of resturants and supermarkets close by. Very Convenient location that will have you wanting to come back every year!!

"The host had a lovely home with a nice pool. We had a view of the golf course. It was clean and quiet, just what we were looking for. The table was set with plates and utensils which I thought was a very nice touch"

"The house was very clean,well maintained. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was beautiful, full privacy from all directions. The hostess is very nice, very fast to respond and answer any questions! My family and I can't wait to book it again on our next visit to Orlando!"

"Wonderful place to spend time visiting or an extended stay. The entire home was outfitted with all needs and more. The pool and hot tub were an excellent compliment and made a long day of visiting Disney and the area much more comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in this area, you will not be disappointed."

"The stay was great and everything was very clean. I would recommend this stay to anyone and I’ll definitely be back again. The family enjoyed the entire house from the game room to the pool. It was definitely a home away from home and very comfortable. The family and I loved and enjoyed the entire time we were there. Thank you again Jane for such a wonderful experience."
