Conveniently located only 15 minutes from Disney you’ll be surprised to hear this home offers more than just a fabulous location, including a south facing pool and spa! Additional cost for pool/spa heat.
Cancellations - ( $100 admin fee will be kept if you cancel your reservation out of the 60 day window. )
Our villa offers more than a cramped hotel or a busy resort, it offers a real home at the end of the day. The private south facing pool and spa back up to nothing but the forest of a conservation area for a completely private experience, with plenty of sun loungers and an outdoor dining area so there is no need to leave the Florida sunshine.
There is also a massive games room with a pool table, foosball table, AND hockey table to ensure rain or shine there is plenty to do at the home. If that isn’t enough action that community has a complimentary soccer field and playground area that all guests can use.
There are two king sized master suites, one located upstairs and one located downstairs both with full sized ensuite master bathrooms with separate shower stalls, soaker tubs, and walk in closets. As well as two twin bed rooms with a jack and jill bathroom making a perfect configuration for many different traveling parties. The master suites, bathrooms, and twin rooms have been tastefully decorated and have smart televisions for streaming all the best shows. If you require additional sleeping arrangements there is a pull out sofa bed located in the home.

Located in Cumbrian Lakes which is a gated community that offers a community soccor field, multiple fishing locations, walking paths, and kidde playgounds.
The home is 15 minutes away from Disney and other Central Florida attractions. There are also a variety of resturants and supermarkets close by.

It was a wonderful stay!! Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and I love the little soaps and things for cleaning! I wish the wifi was a little stronger but will definitely return again! Thank you!!!

The house was very clean,well maintained. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was beautiful, full privacy from all directions. The hostess is very nice, very fast to respond and answer any questions! My family and I can't wait to book it again on our next visit to Orlando!

The stay was great and everything was very clean. I would recommend this stay to anyone and I’ll definitely be back again. The family enjoyed the entire house from the game room to the pool. It was definitely a home away from home and very comfortable. The family and I loved and enjoyed the entire time we were there. Thank you again Jane for such a wonderful experience.

The house was equipped with everything! Awesome kitchen amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool and our stay was very comfortable. Jane was accommodating and would definitely recommend it!
