This property is a super cozy residence that will make you feel right at home. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a formal living area, fully equipped kitchen, a family room and a pool overlooking the golf course. This home has recently updated new tile in all bedrooms so no carpet to deal with as well as new decor for the home. The owners are constantly putting in work and making upgrades to their new investment. The beautiful pool has been resurfaced and overlooks the golf course.
Everything is provided for you in this comfortable home including full cable services, free calls to USA and Canada and free WiFi.
Esprit is a lovely peaceful community where you can relax and watch the wildlife from your own back yard. It is not uncommon to see rabbits scurrying in front of you when you drive home, or to see cranes as they stroll through the neighborhood. The large 600 acre Lake Davenport is fully stocked if you would like to fish off the jetty and is all within a short walk from this lovely home. If you require additional sleeping arrangements there is a pull out sofa bed located in the home.
This home is located near all of the fun attractions such as the brand new Margaritaville Water Park that also has bars, shops, and restaurants making it the new Citywalk. If you are thinking of booking then we suggest considering adding extra days onto your stay as once here you will not want to leave!Additional cost for pool/spa heat.

Cancellations - ( $100 admin fee will be kept if you cancel your reservation out of the 60 day window. )

The house is well maintained and up to date. There was everything we needed to cook and "live" while we stayed there. The pool was very nice and clean! I will definitely stay here again!

“I went to Orlando from Miami with my family. We planed to stay for 5 days and we extended our stay for two more days. The house was very clean, cozy, neighborhood was very quiet, and it was the perfect location. Jane's house is perfect for family time. BTW Jane was very kind and always responded on time.

Great home, comfortable, clean, property management were attentive. Loved that it backs onto the 4th tee on the golf course. We enjoyed chatting with golfers if they had to wait to tee off. If you want complete pool privacy with no "traffic", this home might not be your favourite but we loved it. In fact, we've already booked it again.
