[PET FRIENDLY] This home has recently been purhcased by a new owner who has been putting in lots of sweat and money into the villa to give new furniture on the lower level of the home, all new linens, new carpet and tile.There are also new Smart Tvs in all bedrooms and the living room. New appliances and paint!

This is the perfect villa for guests who want to enjoy not only the Disney parks but golf as well. Our two story 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home is located directly on the Polo Park Golf Course and only 10 minutes from all major attractions including Disney. Please note if multiple families are traveling together I have a neighboring property for rent as well so everyone can vacation together.

The home has a pool table just off of the spacious living room for some added fun and a backup plan if a quick rain comes. When the sun is shining we encourage guests to take full advantage of the swimming pool that overlooks the golf course. There are plenty of sun loungers as well as a covered outdoor dining table for eating al fresco. Additional cost for pool/spa heat.

Despite being surrounded by activities guests still get to experience the comfort of home, not the hustle and bustle of a resort. We have full sized kitchen and dining areas equipped with all of the supplies guests will be accustomed to. The main master suite is located downstairs with a roomy ensuite bathroom and walk in closet giving a mini sanctuary with some privacy downstairs. Upstairs there is one room with a brand new queen mattress with a television. Just across the hall are two bedrooms with twin beds in both, these bedrooms share a bathroom located upstairs.
The winning feature of this home is the location. There are just so many things for guests to enjoy including parks, restaurants, golf, a swimming pool, a pool table. Feel safe with secure neighborhood and secuirty surveillance on driveway.

"Wonderful place to spend time visiting or an extended stay. The entire home was outfitted with all needs and more. The pool and hot tub were an excellent compliment and made a long day of visiting Disney and the area much more comfortable.
