Location
As you can imagine, there are many private villas in Florida which, like our own on Cumbrian Lakes, are very beautiful and luxurious but location, as with any holiday home, is so important. Don't be fooled! When we first came to Florida over 20 years ago, we found ourselves renting villas "minutes from Disney" and miles from anywhere else (including Disney)!
Cumbrian Lakes is a delightfully tranquil conservation area and very well located for ALL major attractions. It also has the bonus of being close to outlet malls and the many shops, restaurants and other attractions which can be found in areas such as International Drive, The Loop or the H192 Resort Area.
