Property Details

Welcome to our spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa. The villa comprises of most modern features and is equipped with all you will need to make your stay enjoyable. The living areas have Cable TV's whilst there is a DVD player in the main lounge. The kitchen has most of your everyday modern kitchen appliances along with plenty of cutlery and crockery. Free wifi is provided along with free local telephone calls. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and a pool table.
We also have a cot, travel cot and highchair for younger members of the family.
The villa is fully alarmed with window/door and motion sensors.
Cancellations - ( $100 admin fee will be kept if you cancel your reservation out of the 60 day window. )

Hampont Lakes is located in Davenport right off of 27 HWY - VERY close to all of Orlando's big attractions and good family friendly resturants!

"The host had a lovely home with a nice pool. We had a view of the golf course. It was clean and quiet, just what we were looking for. The table was set with plates and utensils which I thought was a very nice touch"

"Wonderful place to spend time visiting or an extended stay. The entire home was outfitted with all needs and more. The pool and hot tub were an excellent compliment and made a long day of visiting Disney and the area much more comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in this area, you will not be disappointed."
