Arrival Tips and Services

• Airport to Door Service: We will have a car service meet you at the airport and be sure you and your family are able to find the home easily. One of our team will meet you at the property and assist you with your entry. This is especially useful for our more mature guests that will be arriving late at night. This cost is $125.00

• House hold and Grocery packs: We have a couple of different options to have basic necessities waiting for your arrival. Our household pack provides one week of kitchen and laundry supplies and our grocery packs can be customized to have coffee, tea, and snacks for the first night/morning. The prices vary so just contact us for more details.

• BBQ Rental and Pool Heat: We can have a clean grill with one tank of propane ready and waiting. This charge is $60 per week. Pool heating is an optional service. The minimum charge is $125, which covers you for 5 days, then an additional $25 per day. Please arrange these services at time of booking or at least 5 days before your arrival

• Mid-Stay Cleans:For our guests that are staying with us a little longer, we offer additional cleaning services. Just contact us and we will arrange everything for you. The price varies per home

• Receiving your directions and code: Be sure that you have your vacation home address at least 5 days before your stay and have contacted us for your code before dark on your arrival day. Feel free to call before a long flight.
