Beautiful 3 bedroom condo in the popular Venetian Bay Villages in Kissimmee. This is the perfect place to relax after your busy day at the parks. Only 15 minutes from Disney World and great facilities in this gated community makes planning your Florida Vacation easy.
The spacious living area has comfortable sofas, TV, DVD Player. The home has Hi speed wireless, cable TV and free phone calls in the USA and Canada. For those days when you want a home cooked meal during your stay you have a full kitchen and dining area. If you require additional sleeping arrangements there is a pull out sofa bed located in the home.
On the ground level you have the master King bedroom with walk in closet and TV. The en-suite facilities include twin basins, toilet, a over-tub shower and a jacuzzi bath. On the upper level you will find a Twin bedroom with closet, chest of drawers, TV. The third bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, closet and TV. The two bedrooms on the upper level share a bathroom with twin basins, toilet and tub with overhead shower. The laundry facilities are also in the upper bathroom area.
This home is located near all of the fun attractions such as the brand new Margaritaville Water Park that also has bars, shops, and restaurants making it the new Citywalk.
Cancellations - ( $100 admin fee will be kept if you cancel your reservation out of the 60 day window. )

Jane was a great host! She was prompt in her communication via text messages. The home is comfortable and everything was clean. The complex pools are in close proximity to the townhouse, parking was good, and the beds were comfortable. Pack your own toiletries.

Jane was responsive to our every need. The neighborhood is very nice and not to be worried about. I would recommend this location and would not hesitate to use it again. You cannot receive mail here if you plan on being on an extended stay so plan accordingly for that

It was a really nice house. The district has guards there 24hours, I love it. The only thing will if you want to call Uber, you’d better go out to the gate of district, about 5 minutes walking, since it’ll be a little bit bothering to tell Uber how to come in. There are three bedrooms, one with king, two single beds for each other two rooms. We choose this location is because it’s not too far away for both universal and Disney. Maybe half an hour for both of them by car.
